Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. We know you wouldn't want to use a personal care product that might have been used by someone else!


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
